FAQ: Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, volume discounts are available on most of our products starting at ten pieces of the same item.  Engraving discounts are also available starting at 3 pieces of the same item with the same engraving. 

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS: Our website will automatically calculate quantity discounts for both the product and engraving.  If you adjust the quantity on the product page, the quoted price will change.  Then, if you click the 'Add to Cart' button, our Product Personalization window will pop up, where you can view the available engraving surfaces (tabs across top left of window), add artwork (Click Custom Artwork tab, follow instructions), and enter engraving text on a surface (max characters + lines and fonts will be shown).  A picture of the item is overlayed with the text so you can see the different font options and arrange a general layout.  In the bottom right corner, the surface's discounted engraving price as well as the total price will be displayed.

If you have a bulk order with unique names/titles/dates, etc., but also a shared message, then you can enter the text in the order form and include the unique information in the Special Instructions box as shown below and/or send an Excel or Word document with the unique information to sales@stanleylondon.com (please include the Stanley London Order Number in the Subject Line):

PRODUCTION TIMELINES: Generally, we engrave and ship all orders of 25 pieces or less within one business day of receiving the order.  For in stock items, this is a typical bulk order production timeline:

    1 - 25 pcs = 1 business day
  26-100 pcs = 2 - 3 business days
101-250 pcs = 3 - 5 business days
251-500 pcs = 4 - 7 business days
  > 1000 pcs = 7 - 10 business days
