FAQ: How do I make a change to an order I just made?

Please reply back to your computer generated confirmation or call us immediately with any changes.  We can be reached Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, at (714) 692-8181.  Please note that some orders are processed and engraved within minutes of submission so a change might not be possible.
