FAQ: Is my item custom engravable?
Most of our items are custom engravable. If an item is custom engravable, then a Product Personalization menu will pop-up once the 'Add to Cart' button is clicked so you can enter your text, select your desired font, and preview the engraving on the product. If an item is not custom engravable, then it will be added directly to your shopping cart when the Add to Cart button is clicked.
TO ADD ENGRAVING:
- Click the "Add to Cart" button to bring up our Product Personalization window and view the available engraving surface tabs (top left of window)
- Check the "Personalize this surface" checkbox to reveal a picture of the engravable surface as well as the maximum number of characters and lines available
- An engraving preview showing the available fonts and approximate layout is generated as the text is entered into the form
- Our engraver will adjust the text size and layout as necessary to ensure best fit and aesthetics

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS:
- Our website will automatically calculate and apply quantity discounts for both the product and engraving
